As partner at Retail Concepts—a boutique retail consulting firm that works with startups and existing retailers on holistic retail strategy from concept development and positioning, to merchandising and inventory management, Ani is a seasoned retail strategist. As a passionate entrepreneur herself, she understands the challenges that start-ups and existing stores face, and is a valuable resource for Retail Concepts’ clients.

Ani has spent her career in merchandising and marketing at retail companies including TJX, Tommy Hilfiger, Macy’s Inc. and J. Jill and almost launched her own contemporary women’s brand in between. She received her BS in Psychology and Spanish from Trinity College in Hartford, CT, and holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Boston University.
