With 18 years of experience working in both corporate and independent retail, I have firsthand knowledge of the modern retail landscape.
I have personally overseen all aspects of store development from conception to opening, and the many exciting hurdles in between (including hiring, training, growth, inventory management, and financial analysis).
From entry-level to leadership, I have experienced the headwinds and learned the value of strategic planning for long-term success.
Most recently I worked with Madewell for 10 years, overseeing operations of numerous stores, including opening 15 new locations, hiring and managing 200+ employees, and creating + implementing the first ever merchandise climate strategy for stores.
Prior to Madewell, I worked with Abercrombie & Fitch for seven years opening and leading new concept stores from Florida to Hawaii.
Additionally, I spent two years as a Diversity Recruiter in the state of Texas.
I came to know of Management One through an existing client of theirs, my sister and her business partner, who currently own and operate three highly successful women’s clothing boutiques.
As someone who has had to learn along the way, the advice and experience provided by Management One greatly accelerated the learning curve and helped them grow their business more efficiently.
When I learned of this experience and personally saw the transformation in their business, I knew utilizing my skillset to help other entrepreneurs was my calling.
I live in Miami and spend my free time chasing around two young kids. We enjoy being outside, playing at the beach, and of course, shopping.
