Duplicate this sheet for each employee at each pay period. It may be necessary to switch to weekly payroll to incentivize employees and track performance against desired goals.

How to use this sheet

 

Step 1.

  • Enter Employee Name

  • Enter Pay Period Dates

  • Enter Hourly Rate

  • Enter desired sales cost

  • Enter Hours Worked

  • Enter Net Sales for Pay Period
