John has been working with and consulting to specialty store retailers since 1984. He has held the position of affiliate & consultant. He developed and started the Mentoring (Coaching) Program for all new Affiliates in order to help their practices grow. That developed into his current position as Senior Advisor of Professional Services, where he has pledged to work with Clients and Affiliates in growing their businesses.
